Frequently asked questions we tend to get over orders.

  • Do you use real crab meat in your rolls?

No we do not. We use imitation crab.

  • Where’s the Kid’s Menu?

We do have a Kid’s Meal combination, however it is only available as an option for dining in.

  • For your Lion King, Baked Scallop Roll, and Melted Salmon Roll, do you guys use an oven?

In Genki House we use a torch to sear and thoroughly cook the salmon/scallop.

  • Do you use Peanut Oil in your deep-frying?

Our kitchen uses a soybean based oil.

  • Do you guys serve brown rice or fried rice?

Sadly we do not as there is not enough demand for it and it would be a waste of supply.

  • Does your California Rolls has XX on the outside or XY inside of it?

It’s just a basic California Roll with imitation crab meat and avocado.

  • Do you have “Garlic Noodles”?

Ah, you’re thinking of the previous owners of the restaurant that were under the name of Shinsen. Sorry we do not.

  • Hey does your sushi selection include Handrolls or Custom Rolls?

Yes we do. For handrolls, they’re usually the same price as their normal roll counterparts. With custom rolls they’re generally around $13, but depending on the ingredient combination the cost will be adjusted by the sushi chef.
